Minimum Rental Period: One week on a basis of seven night.

Availability: All accommodations are subject to availability

Check In Time: 4 PM.

Check Out Time: 11:00 AM. Guests agree to vacate unit assigned by 11:00 AM on departure date. Failure to do so may result in an additional one-night charge.

Security Deposit: A minimun booking deposit of $250.00 is due at the time of initial reservation-confirmation. A confirmation will be issued by email when deposit payment is received. We accept major credit cards.
The security deposit will be held on account and refunded within two weeks of the date of departure where no damages have occurred and all policies and conditions have been observed. The security deposit needs to be paid by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations of reservations given within 72 hours prior to committed check in date are subject to cancellation fee of $ 100.00.
SMOKING: Our property is strictly a “SMOKING-FREE” facility.

Cleaning: Cleaning service is provided upon check-out. Additional cleaning service is available upon request at a charge $ 45.00/service for one bedroom suites (A, B & C) and $ 90.00/service for two bedroom suites (D, E & F) per occurance.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupants must no be exceeded under no circumstances. Maximun occupancy allowed for units A and B is 4 persons. Maximun occupancy allowed for units C, D, E and F is 5 persons.
